EPDSCO processed the environmental application for this City Planning rezoning which resulted in the development of a 14 story, 101,000 sq. ft. mixed-use building, with 113 apartment units and 18,000 sq. ft. of commercial floor area.
The recently completed Chesapeake, filed on behalf of Sidney Fetner Associates, is located at 94th Street and First Avenue in Manhattan. The project required comprehensive analyses of traffic, parking, air-quality, noise, socio-economic, neighborhood character, hazardous materials and open space, in addition to the preparation of a Phase I ESA.
